Our 2025 recipients

Miss. Maree was one of two recipients during the 2024–2025 school year. A future physical education teacher, she intends to complete her education at Wingate University. This young lady pursued and earned her high school diploma and associates degree simultaneously, as she attended REACH – – Richmond Early College High School. We have no doubt that this young lady is bound for great things, as she completes her educational journey and eventually dives into her career. Her love of children, her deep sympathy and empathy towards others, and her drive to succeed are just a few of the attributes that will take Madelyn Maree far! Congratulations, Miss Maree. We look forward to hearing about your many successes.

 A determined and hard-working student, Miss. Green is the second recipient of this year's CCM scholarship. A graduate of Richmond Senior High School, Mia has worked tirelessly throughout her high school career. In addition to being a solid "A" student, Mia has been active in her community as a volunteer and certified nursing assistant! In the fall of 2025, she will be venturing to UNC Charlotte to begin her studies to become a nurse. A UNC Charlotte Levine Scholar and a summa cum laude graduate, Miss. Green has certainly established a solid start in her educational endeavors. Congratulations to you, Mia!
